Step 1: Initial Consultation Scheduling
Begin your weight loss journey by scheduling an initial consultation with one of our experienced nurse practitioners. Before your appointment, you'll need to fill out consent and questionnaire forms to provide us with important background information.
Step 2: Telehealth Comprehensive Assessment
Meet with a nurse practitioner via telehealth for a thorough assessment. We will review your medical history, dietary habits, and physical activity levels. This comprehensive evaluation helps us understand your unique needs and challenges, ensuring we create your most effective plan. Please note that this telehealth visit is mandatory for all *new patients*. The cost is $100 out of pocket and is not billed to insurance.
Step 3: Lab Work Evaluation
As part of your assessment, we may order lab work to gain a complete picture of your health unless you have had sufficient lab work done recently. This step is crucial in identifying any underlying conditions that may impact your weight management journey.
Step 4: Personalized Treatment Plan
During your consultation, our team will tailor a treatment plan specifically designed for you and your body. We consider all aspects of your health and lifestyle to develop a holistic approach to weight loss.
Step 5: Follow-Up Visits
Follow-up visits are scheduled every 3 months to monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to your medication and treatment plan. During these appointments, our healthcare professionals will assess your progress, address any concerns, and fine-tune your program to ensure you continue to achieve your weight loss goals. These regular check-ins are crucial for maintaining momentum and optimizing your results, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout your journey.

Understanding the Costs of Our Medical Weight Loss Program
All new patients are required to complete an initial consultation via telehealth, with a fee of $100, paid out-of-pocket (not billed to insurance).
Following this consultation, we will collaborate with your insurance company to verify coverage for prescribed weight loss medications. If your insurance covers the medication, subsequent visits will also be billed through your insurance to monitor your progress and adjust the treatment plan as needed.
In cases where insurance does not cover the cost of the medication, patients will need to self-pay for their follow-up visits, which are also $100 per visit, plus the cost of the medication, which will be discussed during the consultation.
Please note we will discuss your payment options and inform you if insurance approves your treatment plan at your visit; if insurance denies coverage, you will be responsible for self-paying for your treatment plan and medication
