We offer a wide range of medical services, including preventive care, diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, and managing chronic conditions. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care that addresses all of our patients' health needs.

Hailey, born and raised in St. James Parish, has always hoped return to her hometown to care for the people of her community and neighboring communities. She is a graduate of Lutcher High School, Southeastern Louisiana University and Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center. She started off her NP career in family medicine over 13 years ago. Of those years she spent 8 years practicing in cardiometabolic clinics. She has specialized in cholesterol disorders, Cardiometabolic Health including prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, thyroid disorders, diabetes, Hormone Therapy other metabolic disorders and obesity medicine. She has a passion for educating patients in hopes of preventing many of the deadliest diseases. 

Crystal has been a family nurse practitioner for the past 13 years and is excited to share her passion for caring for others with the community of St James parish and surrounding areas. She was raised in nearby Ascension Parish, and is a graduate of St Amant High School, Southeastern Louisiana University, and Louisiana State University Health Science Center. In her years of practice, Crystal has focused on family medicine/urgent care, women's health, Hormone Therapy, dermatology, clinical research, and infusion therapy. Her main goal is to empower and educate individuals to be the healthiest version of themselves. She believes that patients should have an active role in their healthcare and each patient's treatment plan should be uniquely tailored to meet their mental, physical, emotional, and nutritional needs. Crystal will be accepting patients for primary care, weight loss, hormone replacement, and aesthetic procedures. 

Missy, a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience, brings a wealth of expertise to her patients. Specializing in Diabetes and Obesity Management, Osteoporosis treatment and Infusion Therapy, Melissa is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care.

She grew up in Ascension Parish and is a graduate of St. Amant High School, Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, and University of South Alabama. 

Her extensive background in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and obesity allows her to offer personalized treatment plans by combining medical intervention with lifestyle and nutritional counseling. Missy is known for her empathetic and patient-centered approach. She is excited to help her patients achieve their health goals. 

Marcie is originally from Lutcher, LA, now residing in Paulina, LA.  As a mom of three, she knows how important it is to have some "me time," be pampered in a relaxing environment, and feel confident in your own skin.  Most of her clients come to me with skin concerns that affect the way they feel about themselves.  She strives to provide solutions to their concerns while also providing relaxation. Whether you are seeing her to relax and unwind while receiving an awesome facial or for corrective skincare (or both), Marcie approaches each client with the utmost care. She has been providing esthetic services since 2019 and is always adding new and exciting treatments and learning new methods to help address all of your skincare needs, while using only the highest quality products.  When she is not at the clinic, she enjoys being home with her family - she definitely fits the label of "homebody"! Her and her husband enjoy taking on projects to transform their home and always say DIY is their love language!  She loves online shopping and gets so excited when packages are delivered - her husband not so much!!!!!  When she do get out of the house, she enjoy goings out to dinner with her family and is an avid LSU baseball fan and rarely misses a home game.  Geaux Tigers!!  

Tamara is a dedicated occupational therapist from Lutcher, Louisiana, who is thrilled to introduce Pelvic Health therapy to St. James Parish and surrounding communities. As a lifelong resident of the area, Tamara graduated from Lutcher High School before earning her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University and her Master's in Occupational Therapy from LSU Health Sciences Center. She currently lives in her hometown with her husband and their two-year-old daughter.

With a deep commitment to compassionate, high-quality care, Tamara brings years of experience working with adult orthopedic and neurological patients. Her passion for pelvic health was sparked by personal experiences, both pre- and postpartum, which inspired her to explore the field and eventually heal herself through this specialized therapy. Since then, she has pursued advanced training and certifications in pelvic health to extend this life-changing care to others.

Tamara is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered treatment tailored to each individual. She strives to empower her patients to live happier, healthier, and pain-free lives, ensuring each person's journey to wellness is met with understanding and support.
